About Tacoma Pride

Tacoma Pride Festival is a program of Rainbow Center and one of the largest LGBTQIA2S+ celebrations in Tacoma and Pierce County. What began as a local community gathering has grown into a month-long series of events that celebrate LGBTQIA2S+ identity, culture, creativity, and resilience throughout the South Puget Sound.
Tacoma Pride creates opportunities for connection, visibility, advocacy, and celebration while supporting local artists, performers, businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations. The festival welcomes people of all ages, identities, and backgrounds and is designed to create safe, affirming spaces where community members can gather, celebrate, and be seen.
